Nando's Belfast - Abbey Centre

Delicious family dinner for 5 (2 adults, 2 teenagers with 1 being vegetarian and 1 child) with starters, mains and drinks for under £70. Great healthy vegetarian options which even the non vegetarians enjoyed in the starters. Great to see a good choice for vegetarians and not the usual options. Well spaced out for covid-19 and lots of safety measures in place. Will definately return. Can't book a table so be prepared to wait at busy times. With children this is my only drawback not knowing when you will eat. We waited about 20 minutes around 6.30pm on a Thursday night. Expect would be longer at the weekend.

Stephen is a credit to your team. My son was struggling with school shoe shopping and we'd already had some close to meltdown moments in the Abbey Centre. When we entered Nandos I explained that he was struggling with the volume etc (in the shops) and we were just seeing if he felt ok to eat here. Stephen immediately offered us a quiet area in the back and got the music system turned down. He checked in a couple of further times. One of the best restaurant experiences I've had with my son, we do it so rarely because he finds it tough, so thank you ever so much!

This is one of the nicer nandos with lovely staff who are very helpful. Their Mac and cheese is amazing, honestly I'm not a Mac n cheese fan but I can't resist nandos! I would like there to be more salad options and dressings as i prefer salads with my chicken, but that's personal preference. Veg options are good but would like options to have with different seasonings as well as we don't like their current offerings. The chips are decent enough and the chicken is always lovely and succulent. The sharing platter is a great option as you can choose 4 different small sides which is great for variety. Bottomless drinks is also a winner for my hubby but I prefer the rubioos ice tea, it's really nice. Not fussed on the quencher drinks as extremely sugary. Got the little Portuguese pastry custard desert things thing time and omg they are awesome!!!

Lovely place for some Mexico food (I think). Great taste of the chicken wings. But the service is not very professional. We walked in to the store with half of tables empty, but the lady asked us to came back in 10m. I am not sure why. During our meal, there's always empty tables but customers are also waiting at the reception.

First time eating here properly. Definitely not somewhere you can go on a weekly basis. We will be back at some stage for a treat.
